How long will it take to process my order?

As I make most things to order production times can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks.  This depends on how big the order is and what is ordered.  Yellow and rose gold jewellery can take up to 4 weeks to make as I may have to order in materials.  After that, delivery times depend on whether it is an express, domestic or international order.  (See shipping policy below)   If you order from the one of a kind, ready to ship collection your order will be shipped in 1-2 days.                             

Do you offer ring re-sizing?
Yes, I offer free ring re-sizing on all rings without a stone.  Please see my Ring Sizing tab for more info.  

 

How do I clean my silver jewellery?

I include a polishing cloth with every order.  It has a polishing compound woven into it that is effective forever (as long as you don't wash it).  

Otherwise, the easiest way is to use soapy water and a soft toothbrush.  This method removes any dirt and oil from the surface of the silver. Rinse well and pat dry. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship both to Australian addresses and internationally.  All orders are shipped with Australia Post and every order is tracked.  Your tracking tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is processed.  

 

What is your shipping policy?

A shipping notification will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has been made and processed.  If you do not receive a tracking email, there is either a typing error in the email provided or your order has not been made yet.  I do not take any responsibility for any items lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. Once an order leaves my location, I no longer can be held responsible.  Contact Australia Post if you have any further questions about a shipped order.  By shopping with Alice's Earth, you agree to the above conditions. 

  

What is your returns policy? 

No refunds will be given for custom orders, change of mind or change of size.  If an order is processed with the incorrect address or contact information given at checkout, the customer is at fault.  If a delivered item has a mechanical fault (e.g. broken join) then a return or replacement will most likely be accepted after discussion via email or DM. By shopping with Alice's Earth, you agree to the above conditions.
