I ordered the wrong size, what do I do now?
I offer free ring resizing on all rings that don't have a stone if you live in Australia. You will just have to cover the postage to get your ring to me if you're unable to drop it off at my Brisbane shop. Get in contact with me through email, Instagram or Facebook and we can have a chat. :)
How do I find my ring size?
The best and most accurate way is to go into any jewellery store and ask to get your ring size measured. It's free! If you live in Brisbane you're welcome to pop into my shop and I'll help you find your size. I also bring all ring sizing equipment to markets. Alternatively, see my ring sizing chart below.
How long will it take to process my order?
As I make most things to order, production times can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks. This depends on how big the order is and what is ordered. If the item description says 'ready to ship' it will be posted in 1-3 business days. Yellow and rose gold jewellery can take up to 4 weeks to make as I may have to order in materials. After that, delivery times depend on whether it is an express, domestic or international order.
What shipping options do you offer?
- Pick up from the Samford shop if you live in Brisbane (once collection email has been received).
- Australia Post Standard Tracked Delivery.
- Australia Post Express Tracked Delivery.
- International Standard Tracked Delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but only to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and every order is tracked.
Where is my confirmation email?
Once your order is placed you'll be sent an email saying that your order has been received. After your order is made and processed (1-4 weeks), you'll receive another email with shipping information and a tracking number. After that, Australia post will be in contact with transit and delivery information. If you don't receive any emails there is most likely a typo in the address provided or it has gone to junk mail.
What is your shipping policy?
Once the order is processed, tracking number sent and it leaves my location, I can no longer be held responsible for the loss or damage of an order. If an order is lost in transit or stolen please contact Australia post. If an order is fully processed with an incorrect address the customer is at fault.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
I do not accept returns. I do offer free ring re-sizing only on rings without a stone if you live in Australia, you'll just have to cover the postage to get it to me. No refunds will be given for change of mind. If an item is damaged upon delivery a replacement will most likely be sent after discussion via email or DM.
How do I clean my silver jewellery?
I include a polishing cloth with every order. It has a polishing compound woven into it that is effective as long as you don't wash it. Otherwise, the easiest way is to use soapy water and a soft toothbrush. This method removes any dirt and oil from the surface of the silver. Rinse well and pat dry.
